ThinkBigAfrica

What's at stake?
What is at stake is that Africa is at a crucial turning point in it's history. It's a place where many live in abject poverty yet resources are copious. The ThinkBigAfrica initiative has been established to encourage young Africans not to think of themselves as employees but employers and not consumers but creators and innovators.

The ThinkBigAfrica Intiative was started order to encourage entrepreneurship as a viable alternative in South Africa and the rest of the African continent.

Although the continent might be politically liberated but political freedom without economic freedom is meaningless. Therefore, our generational challenge is to create wealth for the everyday person in Africa. Only entrepreneurship will address Africa's unemployment challenges.

ThinkBigAfrica intends to introduced a programme called Start-Up Saturday, where aspiring entrepreneurs meet on the 1st Saturday of every month to deliberate on their ideas and give each other advice. The intention is to establish Start-Up Saturday Chapters initially across South Africa and then expand to rest of Africa.

We invite people from South Africa,Zimbabwe,Zambia,Mozambique,Tanzania, and Egypt,in fact from all over Africa for the progression of this important intiative.
